Bradbury Fields is celebrating its 160th anniversary in 2017 and, as part of a series of events, is holding a Midsummer Ball.
“After reaching a phenomenal 160 years of service for blind and partially sighted people, it was essential that an event of this calibre be held to celebrate our achievements”
said Roger Phillips, Trustee.
On arrival, you will ascend the exquisite staircase, a replica from the original Titanic Ship. Upon reaching the Mezzanine you can enjoy a champagne reception whilst overlooking the beautiful Grade II Listed Buildings of Stanley Dock.
At the start of the celebration you will receive a warm welcome from Bradbury Fields Chair, Frank McFarlane, and the opportunity to win a bottle of champagne before you are served a sumptuous three-course meal followed by tea and coffee. After dining you will be given the opportunity to bid on some outstanding auction items. The lucky winners of our wonderful raffle prizes will then be announced.
While the night is still young you will get the chance to hit the dance floor and strut your stuff to the fantastic Soulphonics!
