Wednesday 18 January 2017, 1-4pm – Kuumba Imani Millennium Centre, 4 Princes Road, Liverpool L8 1TH
Would you like to deliver a project that celebrates your community’s heritage? Wondering how to build a strong project? Unsure what programme might be best for you?
This event, organised by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF), is aimed at not-for-profit organisations who want to celebrate and explore Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME), refugee or migrant heritage.
Hot off the heels of Black History Month and the BBC’s Black and British season – running through November 2016 – there’s plenty of inspiration for groups exploring ideas for a project.
The projects HLF funds help to celebrate the diverse heritage of the North West. Could your community be the next one to receive a grant award? Come to this event to talk to staff from your local Heritage Lottery Fund office about your heritage project idea. No booking needed.
For more information, contact Louise Sutherland, Development Manager at Heritage Lottery Fund North West, on 0161 200 8483 or email louise.sutherland@hlf.org.uk.
