Community Mental Health Grant Programme Briefing

Liverpool City Council Department of Public Health is piloting a Community Mental Health grant programme. The programme will be administrated by LCVS and will launch on 6 September 2021.

The pilot aims to support organisations to work with individuals who may need low-level support to enhance their mental wellbeing. A consequence of the pandemic has been a significant rise in poor mental health. This programme aims to support individuals improve their mental health, with a particular focus on those impacted by Covid-19.

Bids are invited for grants of between £15K and £30K for a 12-month programme of activity. It is expected that between 14-28 grants will be issued.

This grant is aimed at the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) Sector in Liverpool. This event will be an opportunity for organisations in this sector to learn more about this programme.
