Join Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation for their first ever independent physical running event – the Delamere Dash!
Experience Delamere in a new light and fall in love with the forest by taking part in the Delamere Dash this September.
Take on the 5K or 10K route and experience all the enchanting elements of the forest with the flair of fall.
The route will be signposted and marshalled so all you need to do is follow the signs and enjoy all that the forest has to offer.
