The Early Help Practice Forum is a virtual networking, information and support forum. It is for any professional working with children, young people and their families in Liverpool. These informal information and practice development workshops are designed to support professionals from all agencies to work together to offer high quality, effective and coordinated Early Help.
This session will include:
- Changes to the EHAT – November 2021
- Update – when to complete an EHAT for children with SEND
- Update – additional support from the Early Help Hubs
- Guest speaker – DWP
- Focus on practice – Using the Graded Care Profile (2)
- Workshop and networking – solution-focused approaches to practice.
