Hosted by Eternal Media | Saturday 14 May 2022 | 10 am – 2 pm | Open Eye Gallery, 19 Mann Island, Liverpool, L3 1BP
Many have followed Eternal Media’s Recovery in Focus (RiF) projects over the last three years, they are now thrilled to offer a workshop this May. Go along and join them as they explore recovery from addiction using photos. It will be a four-hour workshop, open to anyone in recovery from any kind of addiction. All you need is a camera phone (or digital camera) and an interest in exploring recovery ideas and experiences using this creative approach.
Click here to see a short clip to give you a flavour of RiF.
The day will also see the launch of the Open Eye Gallery exhibiting 12 images from the last Recovery in Focus project on their digital display. A real tribute to the work completed by the participants – Eternal Media is so proud of everyone who has taken part along the way. And now, that could be you!
Participants will be supported by up to eight of Eternal Media’s professional filmmakers and volunteers. They are also planning to have their BAFTA-winning filmmaker Peter along with his award-winning photographer friend give master classes in getting the very best shots out of your camera/phone.
