Liverpool City Council is undertaking an exciting programme of change in how they deliver services to families.
The aim of the event is to connect with organisations and agencies who are delivering services for families, parents and carers in the areas of Liverpool, particularly:
- Kirkdale
- County
- Walton
- Vauxhall
They are particularly interested in connecting with agencies who deliver services to children and young people over the age of 5 and up to 19 years (or 25 with Special Education Needs and Disabilities.)
Go along to share what you can offer and discuss how you can be part of an effective Family Hub Network.
