The workshop will consist of an introduction to Yoga, Yoga Postures, Relaxation and Pranayama Breathing Techniques and Mediation. There will also be Yoga Nidra practise (Yogic Sleep), which guides you into a deeply relaxed state.
If possible please bring your own Yoga Mat – limited mats will be available on the day.Back to calendar
