GP Services Focus Group

Event Date: 30 March 2021

Hosted by Healthwatch Liverpool | Tuesday 30 March, 2021 | 10:30am to 12:15pm | online

In the past year we have seen lots of changes to health and social care services because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The number of face to face appointments has been substantially reduced, and many more GP and practice nurse appointments now take place online or by phone.

Healthwatch would like to hear about your experiences of GP services during the pandemic. What do you think has gone well, what could be improved, and what would you like to see in the future? Has the pandemic made it more difficult for you to contact and/or see a GP, or has it made it easier? Have you contacted your GP surgery when you needed to, or have you been hesitant to get in touch?

Any questions and feedback we receive will be passed on – without your name – to Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and/or NHS England. Healthwatch  will also write a short report about the focus group which will be published on its website, and sent to Liverpool CCG, NHS England, and Healthwatch England.

If you can’t be there on 30 March but would still like to ask a question or leave feedback, please contact engagement@healthwatchliverpool.co.uk or call Healthwatch Liverpool on 0300 77 77 007 and leave a message.
