23 November 2022 from 9:30 am to 2 pm | Central Library, William Brown Street, Liverpool L3 8EW
The Wellbeing Liverpool workforce development ‘hack’ day is for those working in Liverpool in the field of community wellbeing, it’s purpose is to ensure that the expanding well-being workforce in the local VCSE and public sector have access to the online resources they need to help them collaborate, share information, access community assets and training opportunities.
Wellbeing Liverpool currently includes a website and online resource developed by service users, Healthwatch and Third Sector organisations in 2019. Since then, however, there have been many changes and the website now needs updating. Healthwatch, as the host of the directory, has been working with colleagues in the council and the NHS to make sure that Wellbeing Liverpool works for those working in the community and the people they support. To be the best it can be, it needs input from those who will be using it in the future, i.e the well-being workforce.
What is a ‘hack’ day? It’s a place to explore and understand workforce needs, by sharing insights, wants, and experiences in a safe and open environment. A facilitator will moderate a series of group questions and collective responses, giving participants a platform to share experiences, and make sure that every voice and opinion is heard. These insights will lead to a series of aims to develop the website in its next stage.
The event takes place at Liverpool Central Library on the top floor. Registration opens at 9 am. The event starts at 9.30 am. Refreshments are included.
