The Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit Upskilling session will be delivered by the Disability Services Advocacy Team.
The Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB) awareness session provides an in-depth overview of Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit. During the session they cover what IIDB is and who may be eligible.
They then look at the customer journey both for claims, for injuries and diseases, before moving on to look at the decision-making process and how awards are made. They also cover, reporting of changes of circumstance, the renewal process and how to dispute a decision before ending with a Q&A session.
