Imagine: Up 4am. Traffic jams, naff hotel, anxious boss, crap lunch, recognising your life is so short!

“So…I would like to welcome staff to this years Synergize 2017 Conference. So…this year we will face challenges, break down silos, do more for less, think outside the box, take it to the next level, embrace a paradigm shift, pick the low hanging fruit whilst circling back to move the needle.

“So…after biting the bullet and running it up the flagpole, at the end of the day it is what it is and time to peel back the layers of the onion and ensure we don’t don’t throw out the baby with the bathwater. So…whilst there may well be too many chiefs, not enough Indians, an elephant in the room and half a dozen change agents, we have a collective and individual golden opportunity to touch base, push the envelope, manage expectations, maximize leverage, touch a blue-sky and explore the boundaries of our, and everyone’s ball park.

“So people…let’s square the circle, monetize, strategize, analyse, incentivize and put a innovative stake in the ground by stepping up to the plate.”
