Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust (LCH) is inviting members of the community to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn more about the Trust and its work to support communities in Liverpool and neighbouring areas over the last 12 months.
The Trust will present its Annual Report and Financial Accounts for 2016/17 and key achievements from the last year, as well as an overview of future plans for delivering more joined-up, out of hospital care to patients, working in close partnership with GPs and other health and social care colleagues.
The AGM will include presentations from frontline staff who will outline their achievements over the last year in improving the quality of care for patients in the community and their own home.
The event is free to attend, and tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided.
