This event is organised in response to the #MeToo movement, to empower and bring women together.

There is a full programme of empowering activities, guest speakers and more:

Morning Session

10am – Arrivals and Registration
10.30am – Welcome and Introductions
10.45-11.30am – Women’s Circle: empowering games and activities
11.30-11.45am – Break
11.45am-12pm – Guided Meditation
12-12.45pm – Lunch

Afternoon Session

1-1.45pm – Getting to Know You: split into pairs or small groups
1.45-2.30pm – Speak Your Truth: anyone can stand up and speak their story
2.30-2.45pm – Break
2.45-2.55pm – Love Drill: call and response of powerful affirmations
3pm – Thank You’s and closing

Lunch, refreshments and free car parking is provided.

Come and speak your truth and be free to do so. This event will be a safe space for all women, including Trans women, but is particularly aimed at women in ethnic minority groups who may not normally be able to access something like this.

Let us unpack and heal together. Feminine energy at its peak!
