From 1 April 2018, Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust will be in charge of community health services previously managed by Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust.
If you have ever used primary, community, acute or social care services, Mersey Care wants to hear from you. The aim is to develop the community services and to tailor support to reflect local need, strengths and aspirations to improve physical health and mental wellbeing.
On Friday 16 March 2018, there will be two events to give local people a say in planning and improving services according to the needs of the public.
