Are you 12-25-years-old and live in Merseyside? Are you available on Saturday 4 March 2023?
If so, register on Eventbrite to join other young people in the opportunity to explore and develop solutions to key issues. You will be asked to choose one of the following issues to explore in detail in creative workshops:
- Poverty and inequality
- Community safety
- Education
- Racism
- Social Division
- Mental and physical wellbeing.
You will be in the same workshop for the whole day so please make sure you choose a topic that you are interested in. They will aim to ensure that you are given one of your top choices, however they cannot guarantee this.
Then at the end of the day, you and your group will present or perform your ideas for change back to the rest of the audience. This will mostly be other young people. However, there will also be some adults in positions of power in the audience. They will be there to listen to what you have to say and try to make some of your suggestions happen.
Your voice at the Merseyside Hope Hack event on 4 March 2023 is so important to the Hope Collective and will be listened to by local decision makers.
Your view’s will shape the Hope Collective Reimagined Manifesto. This will be published in December 2023. It will be sent to the government, and decision makers to show what you think they should change across the UK to support your lives.
Lunch will be provided and you will also receive a £10 voucher for participating along with a goody bag.
