Friday 30 June 2017, 7-11pm – Courtroom Cafe, adjacent to the former Small Cinema location in the Atrium, Victoria Street (opposite the Shankly Hotel).
This event celebrates latest issue of Nerve magazine, which is dedicated to the stories, the art, and the views of Liverpool-based migrants, refugees and asylum seekers.
The event will feature a range of musicians and poets, some of whom are refugees. It is part of Festival 31, a month-long, Liverpool-wide celebration of arts and culture from refugee communities, using creative and social activity to widen opportunities for discussion and understanding of the refugee experience.
The MC will be Tommy Calderbank.
