North End Writers we will be holding a celebration for National Poetry Day at the Life Rooms, Walton – this year on Thursday 4 October starting at 11 am and finishing at 4pm with the theme of ‘Change.’ Poet Maria Isakova Bennet will also be doing a reading in Southport earlier in the day.
If you are already a member of one of the groups you will have the opportunity to read. If not you would be very welcome to come along and read – Contact North End Writers as soon as you can if you would like a reading slot of 5 minutes at a specific time in the day.
They also welcome readings of your favourite poems from those who love poetry – you don’t have to be a writer to get involved.
