Riverside Neighbourhood Health and Social Care Meeting

Event Date: 27 September 2017

Wednesday 27 September 2017, 9.30am-12pm – Fire Fit Hub, 115 Upper Warwick Street, Liverpool, L8 8HD.

Dr Stephen Sutcliffe represents a group of people from health and social care, working together and committed to improving the health and well-being of the community. He is keen to explore further how people might work together more effectively and creatively to improve the way local people are cared for.

This meeting is for community groups and services working in the Riverside community with similar aims and objectives, to try and understand how this might be better achieved. The aim is to generate ideas for sharing skills, assets and resources and lay foundations for new ways of learning and working together.

This will be a relaxed event, with a focus on getting to know each other as individuals and clarifying what the various groups can offer. There will be plenty of time for networking and an opportunity to promote your services and share ideas on how to strengthen local relationships across health, social and community sectors.

To book your place, contact Gayle Rooke, Neighbourhood Support Manager, on 0151 296 7465or email gayle.rooke2@liverpoolccg.nhs.uk.
