The 8th Healthy City Design 2024 International Congress, is being held for the second year running at the Spine Building, this October.
The congress theme is, ‘Building a fairer future: Advancing health equity through impact investment’.

The Director of Public Health at Liverpool City Council, Prof Matt Ashton will open the congress with a keynote talk on his report, ‘State of Health in the City: Liverpool 2040’ setting the stage to explore how Liverpool, the City Region Combined Authorities, across Cheshire & Merseyside and the wider country can learn from the latest research, practice and policy thinking, to embed a ‘health in all policies’ approach that places people and communities at the centre of urban policy and practice, working in partnership with business and community leaders to prioritise health equity, diversity and inclusion to underpin future prosperity.
The organisers at SALUS Global Knowledge Exchange, the Royal College of Art and Impact on Urban Health, are providing a limited number of free 2-day tickets for local community groups, which can also be split into 1-day tickets to attend to share.
In order to claim a free ticket please email info@salus.global by Monday 7 October 2024 following which promo codes will be issued by the organisers to the interested delegates directly.
Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Each ticket also provides access to the recordings of the sessions that delegates will be able to rewatch and share with colleagues for two months after the event.
