Join The Life Rooms for their latest Partners Forum! It is part of The Life Rooms activities and celebrations for Social Prescribing Day and the March Forum theme will focus on ‘Collaborating to support our communities’.

The Forum is open to any organisation that is interested in or already currently working in partnership with The Life Rooms.

These events are held throughout the year and they aim to:

• Update new and current Partners about what is happening in The Life Rooms
• Explore new opportunities for collaboration
• Provide a chance to link in with other organisations on key themes relating to the health and wellbeing of our communities.
