Saturday 16 December 2017, 2pm – The Brink, 15-21 Parr Street, Liverpool L1 4JN.
Every year the Brink’s recovery community can celebrate, thank or remember their loved ones. This is done by hanging a star with a personalised message on the tree. The Brink’s recovery friends in Philadelphia have had this going for 20 years and their tree has grown in that time. The Brink is in its fourth year and the tree is growing too.
There will be special guest speakers with special messages to give. Join in to celebrate with mince pies and live music from the Recoverists.
This event is followed by the Big Brink Christmas Party at 7pm. Come and have a jolly old time with a special one-off Open Mic, all musicians and poets welcome. There will also be karaoke if you would like some musical accompaniment to help you along.
Delicious food will be served and the night will endt with dance with DJ Alan Cook.
