Thursday 14 September 2017, 10am-12pm – All Saints Church, Broadgreen Road, Old Swan, Liverpool, L13 5SH.
Meeting organisers represent a group of people from health and social care, working together with a commitment to improving the health and well-being of local residents. The purpose of the event is to find out how to work more effectively and creatively with communities to improve the way local people are cared for.
You will find out about changes that have been made that will hopefully result in better health and well-being for residents, more time enjoying life and spending time with family and friends. The aim is to generate ideas for working together and sharing skills, assets and resources, laying the foundations for new ways of learning and working together.
This will be a relaxed event, with a focus on getting to know each other. There will be plenty of time for networking. Everyone who attends will have an opportunity to promote their services and share ideas on how we can strengthen local relationships across health, social and community sectors.
If you would like to attend, email Dianna.Mannhart@Liverpoolccg.nhs.uk.
