Yoga Nation is a well-being studio and hub based in the Walton area of Liverpool. As a core partner of Big Help Project, Yoga Nation forms an important part of Big Help’s holistic approach to not only addressing poverty in all its forms but also to address the social, economic and emotional influences that can cause a person to become trapped in the cycle of poverty.
Yoga Nation offers a range of yoga classes from Beginners yoga to group fitness classes. Accessibility is at the core of Yoga Nation, with a people-centred focus, it means that Yoga Nation puts emphasis on the importance of mindfulness in the community; being perfectly situated in the busy area of Country Road.
Yoga Nation’s goal is to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone, not only for seasoned Yogi’s but for people who have never tried yoga before. Everybody is welcome at Yoga Nation, and the supportive community is on hand to make you feel at ease.
