If you are a parent, carer or professional who has taken part in the Youth Connect 5 programme, join in for a celebration event to reflect on the Youth Connect 5 journey, share best practice stories and hear from other professionals, parents and carers who have benefited from the course.
A light lunch will be served at 1.30pm, after which guests will be invited to a special viewing of a new art installation.
‘The Shape of my Mind’ is the result of a four-week course during which a group of young people considered their ‘Why’, what their skill set is, how to build resilience and use creativity to think differently. This enabled them to create a visual representation that is now on display in the Tate.
