They are looking for an individual to join their expanding Everton in the Community Team as their new Everton Cares Coordinator, delivering their ‘Everton Cares’ programme across the Liverpool City Region.
The focus of the programme is to support those who are clinically extremely vulnerable (CEV) in various groups of people across Liverpool City Region. The programme is in collaboration with Edge Hill University and Everton in the Community’s GP, local hospitals, and specialist voluntary organisations.
The five aspects of the programme will include 1) Raising awareness 2) Completing Health Checks 3) Delivery of a social inclusion & Physical Activity Programme 4) Encouraging Peer to peer support 5) Monitoring and evaluation.
