Reporting to: Good Food Programme Director.
Location: 16 Lady Chapel Close, Liverpool, L1 7BZ as well as regular travel to local areas.

Feeding Liverpool is the city of Liverpool’s food alliance, connecting and equipping people and organisations to work towards good food for all.
Their work has centred on bringing together those concerned with hunger and food insecurity in Liverpool.
They have been part of the City’s Food Insecurity taskforce, responding to the pandemic and working towards the first stages of Liverpool’s Good Food Plan.
In 2022 and beyond, Feeding Liverpool will develop and drive forward the Good Food Plan in partnership with people and organisations across the city.
Job Description
Feeding Liverpool is looking to recruit a Development Officer to continue the growth and development of its existing network, connecting together organisations concerned with good food for all.
Working with and often through existing community, faith, and non-statutory organisations, the Development Officer will develop and support mechanisms for communities to shape the future of their local food environments.
Building on their work in this area over the last few years, through facilitating processes of coproduction the Development Officer will support local people of all ages, and abilities including those with experience of food insecurity, to develop local influencing strategies and campaign for change, as together they seek to create a city where everyone can eat good food.
