Fréa brings together three independent, long-established Irish charities in the North of England. By working in partnership the charities aim to connect their work and further extend the ethos of care, culture and community that drives their charitable work.
The work of the three charities focuses on improving the health and well-being of vulnerable members of the Irish communities across Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool metropolitan districts.
Job Overview
You will be expected to work in both one to one and group settings with former residents of Mother and Baby and County Homes. You will have excellent communication skills and a knowledge of Trauma Informed Practice. You will also be expected to promote the programme at public events.
They are recruiting dynamic individuals with a track record in community engagement to join their forward-thinking team.
You will be based in Liverpool but travel across the North of England will be required to meet with both former residents and stakeholders.
