With funding from the Home Office, Citizens Advice Liverpool is offering support, up until March 2020, to help EU citizens with making their applications to EU Settlement Scheme for settled status (SS) or pre-settled status (pre-SS) to continue living in the UK after Brexit beyond 2020.
An EUSS Support Team is available to help people with their applications, as well as to offer information and guidance to any individual regarding what EU Settled Status is and the application process.
Citizens Advice Liverpool is providing application assistance free-of-charge, to those individuals with vulnerabilities such as:
- The elderly
- Those who have experienced domestic abuse
- People with disabilities or long-term health conditions
- Those leaving care
- Members of the Roma community
- Those experiencing social exclusion because they belong to marginalised groups
