If you or someone you know is struggling with the online skills required to stay well-connected during lockdown, Include IT can help.
The Include IT Digital Champion volunteers are now available at the end of the phone to help beginners from right across Liverpool City Region learn how to use digital technology.
They can help with WiFi connection problems, as well as advising people on how to use smartphones, tablets, laptops and PC’s to access things like:
- Online shopping for food/ gifts/ clothes etc
- Skype, Zoom and other, similar services
- Universal Credit
- Online GP services
- YouTube
Please note that in order to make use of this service you need to have an internet connection and the relevant equipment. Digital Champions are cannot help anyone to secure earlier shopping delivery slots.
