Peer Networks is a national peer-to-peer networking programme for business leaders that want to grow and develop their organisation for future success.

Funded by the Government and delivered in Liverpool City Region by Ai Change Management and Think Philanthropy, Peer Networks seeks to gather diverse cohorts of business leaders, to collaboratively work through common business issues.

Through interactive action learning, Peer Networks will enable you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them.

From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, our facilitators will provide you with the flexibility to create a trusted support network that works for you, helping you to build and strengthen your organisation and improve its overall performance. The programme includes group sessions where you’ll solve problems with other leaders, and one-to-one time with experts, to share and act on issues in your business.

This programme isn’t just for the voluntary sector but voluntary sector organisations have joined and benefitted from previous programmes.

To be eligible you must:

•  Have been operating for at least a year
• Have five employees or associates
• Have a turnover of £100k (or have had this turnover pre-Covid)
• Want to grow and improve your organisation
