Has your organisation published the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT)?
72% of care organisations in the North West have already published the DSPT, as not only is it a contractual requirement in any NHS contracts, but also, increasingly local authority contracts.
In addition to this, as Care Quality Commission (CQC) moves their inspections online, you are expected to complete the DSPT as a minimum to be rated good or above.
Liverpool Social Care Partnership (LSCP) is the local support organisation for the North West with the DSPT and all their support, including online sessions, face to face, one to one support, is free for providers.
