Get Well, Stay Well Day Retreats

In 2016, local cancer support charity Sunflowers trialled a new service, the Life Beyond Cancer Day Retreats. These were seven separate events of learning around healthy living, including mindfulness, breathing techniques, nutrition information and light exercise, especially designed for people affected by cancer.

In 2017, Sunflowers is relaunching the day retreat under the new name Get Well, Stay Well. Cancer patients, survivors and carers  are now invited to sign up. These are free events (returnable booking fee applies) on the following dates:

• Monday 23 January at Sunflowers, Aigburth
• Monday 27 February at Sunflowers, Aigburth
• Monday 6 March at EPSY, Kirkdale
• Saturday 25 March at Sunflowers, Aigburth

Further dates will be released after Christmas.
