Greenbank becomes official partner for UK Charity Week

Greenbank, a charity that focuses on delivering inclusive education, sport and leisure activities to the people in the Liverpool City Region, is very proud to be one of the official partners of UK Charity Week, which takes place 7 – 13 December 2020.

UK Charity Week (#UKCharityWeek) is a media campaign that is designed to give the people in the UK an opportunity to place awareness on and raise funds for charities high on the national agenda. This year has been harder than ever for everyone and charities have been hit especially hard with a lot of planned fundraising events having to be cancelled as well as the extra strain in supporting their local communities through these tough times. It is more important than ever to work together and support charities as best we can.

How you can help

Join the Cake & Coffee Morning:

The theme on Wednesday 9 December is Charity Big Bake, so Greenbank is hosting a virtual coffee and cake morning. As it is a virtual event, you will need to provide your own coffee (or tea!) and homemade cakes if you fancy showing off your baking skills but this is not essential, shop bought is fine too! At the event, you will get to show off your homebaked cakes, join a baking themed quiz, have a natter and find out more about the work that Greenbank does and how you can support the charity.
