Greenbank Vacancies: Empower Project |

Greenbank’s Empower Project is a three-year programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund. This project will expand the range of activities available for disabled people in Merseyside by pairing them up with support workers and volunteer buddies. This will support them to overcome barriers and enhance their opportunities to participate in sport activities. It will empower and develop the confidence and skills of participants so that they can take on sport and community leadership roles.

The project has the following vacancies:

Project Coordinator – Empower Project

Salary: £24,964-£27,668
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: 3 years fixed term

The role of Coordinator is to ensure effective delivery of project outcomes. You will be responsible for managing the Empower Programme and organise, co-ordinate and promote all opportunities for the target audience. You will also establish and maintain an infrastructure to support all of the components involved in the Empower Project, such as employing staff and volunteers, working with external delivery partners, and undertaking risk assessments, monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
