Contract: Freelance, fixed term with possibility to extend.

Salary: Total annual fees £14k to £21k depending, contract to be negotiated depending on experience.
Hours per week: Estimate 24 hours, as required for role.

Growing Sudley CIC is based in a public park on the Sudley Estate, Liverpool 18/17. They have completed the renovation of the abandoned walled garden as a thriving, accessible and inspirational therapeutic garden using horticulture, forest school, nature therapy and community herbalism to engage local people of all ages, improve physical/mental wellbeing and encourage urban connections to nature. They’re nearing completion of a challenging capital project to convert the adjacent derelict changing rooms building into a Therapy and Wellbeing Centre, including a community room and therapy rooms for hire.
They’re a socially trading organisation with community benefit at the heart of our enterprise. The overarching ethos underpinning everything they do is environmental sustainability, combatting climate crisis, and respect for nature and biodiversity.
Job Summary
They need an energetic, adaptable, motivated individual to work with them to launch and run the Therapy Rooms and ensure the smooth operation of the Changing Rooms building. They’re looking for someone who is equally happy doing solitary administrative tasks, as working and interacting with people.
This individual will help implement the detailed systems and processes required for the operation of the Therapy and Wellbeing Centre and contribute to recruitment of therapists and other business development strategies. This role also concerns the day‐to‐day running of all operational aspects of the building, in collaboration with the Project Director.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the building is fully operational, looking its best at all times, and that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The role would suit someone who loves admin, is adaptable with a friendly outlook, creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
