Health, care and wellbeing services survey

Our colleagues at Healthwatch want to know how the coronavirus has affected you and your family. They want to let health and care services in Liverpool know what they’re doing well during the pandemic, as well as where people feel their care and communication could be improved.

Healthwatch works with local health and care services to make sure they are working as best they can for the people who use them. They will share the information gathered with providers, with the local CCG, and with Liverpool City Council to help make sure that their response to the pandemic takes into account the needs and experiences of local people as the situation progresses.

They are keen to have as many people as possible complete the survey, in particular those who are experiencing homelessness, or are marginalised in other ways, and those working with such individuals.
