Healthiness is a non-profit health and exercise provider established in 2011. Their mission is to increase physical activity and reduce social isolation of older people and people experiencing physical and mental health issues in Liverpool communities through delivering health messages and offering exercise and health education classes across the city.
Healthiness Ltd is currently looking for a sessional delivery instructor to join their team.
The sessional instructor will provide physical activity and health education to groups in care homes, residentials and readymade community groups across the city. It is required that they are a specialist in the delivery of exercise to older adults, and exercise referrals. Minimum Qualifications: Level 3 OTAGO chair based delivery instructor. Level 3 Exercise Referral Instructor – Desirable Level 4 Fame Postural Stability Instructor/ Level 4 Exercise & Arthritis/ Group exercise qualified instructor.
