Healthiness Ltd Wins NHS Contract

Healthiness Ltd. has been chosen to deliver the NHS ESCAPE-pain programme in Liverpool.

ESCAPE-pain is a rehabilitation programme focusing on musculoskeletal conditions and integrates simple education, self-management and coping strategies, with an exercise regime individualised for each person.

Each six-week programme is free of charge and will be delivered by Healthiness fitness instructors twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays.

The first sessions starts on Monday 5 March 2018, 1-2pm, at Lark Lane Community Centre, Sefton Grove, Liverpool, L17 8XB.
