Position: Floating Support Worker Job Reference: 21/02
Working flexibly across Imagines Merseyside Supported Accommodation and Outreach Services in Liverpool & Sefton
Hours: x2 posts available – 1 post at 37.5 hours per week and 1 post at 18.75 hours per week, plus sleep in with an additional payment.
Salary: £17,047.60 p.a. (pro rata for part time)
We are looking for professional, dedicated and experienced support workers who can offer commitment to delivering high quality, person centred care to service users living in Imagine supported accommodation services and receiving outreach support across the Merseyside area. You will have experience of working with people with mental health and/or learning disability needs. You will need excellent communication skills and be flexible in approach. You will have a positive attitude and be non-judgmental.
It is essential to the role that you have a committed approach towards maintaining confidentiality, protecting the dignity of the individual and promoting their independence.
It’s desirable that you have at least an NVQ level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
