Position: Mental Health Outreach Support Worker
Job Reference: 21/03
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £17,047.60 per annum
Based in: Outreach Services, Liverpool
We are looking for a professional, dedicated and experienced support worker who can offer commitment to delivering high quality community-based care to service users living in the Liverpool area. You will have experience of working with people with mental health and/or learning disability needs. You will need excellent communication skills and be flexible in approach. You will have a positive attitude and be non-judgmental.
It is essential to the role that you have a committed approach towards maintaining confidentiality protecting the dignity of the individual and promoting their independence.
