Imagine Independence is a charity that promotes recovery and inclusion, enabling and supporting people to live full and independent lives. We are proud to have the support of up to 150 volunteers and over 200 staff members to help those who need us.
Imagine is recruiting for a Bridge Builder role in the Knowsley area. Bridge Building support focuses on strengthening the quality of life for people with mental health problems. You will help individuals become less isolated and socially excluded through facilitating and supporting access to a range of community mainstream activities, including education, employment, health and appropriate groups and clubs.
You will have experience of working with people who have been excluded from mainstream society with a focus on recovery, person centred planning and empowerment.
You must be capable of building partnerships with community organisations in order to expand the range of possibilities for people accessing the service.
