Job Description

As a Business Support Manager you will take the lead on ensuring that all administrative, purchasing, procurement, IT and health and safety functions are implemented and maintained to the highest standards, providing value for money and excellent customer service; also supporting Head of Governance & Information in ensuring that robust governance/information governance processes are implemented and adhered to. The post will involve line management of a small team of Business Support Officers who will deliver front-line services to internal and external customers. In coordinating the health and safety arrangements within Imagine, the role is also central to ensuring that those working in and/or using Imagines’ services are kept safe and that the organisation complies with all relevant legislation.
