Imagine Independence – Case Manager (Investigations and Policy Co-ordination)

Location: Hope Street, Liverpool.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated and positive individual to join the Quality and Compliance team, to undertake investigations related to overall continual improvement and assist in policy review and implementation.

Job Summary

To work closely with Quality and HR Department to undertake investigations for the organisation on Quality, HR, complaint and safeguarding matters, ensuring the charity responds positively in investigating and responding to issues identified and making recommendations for improved practice. You will help lead on Policy Co-ordination in the organisation, assisting with document control and working to co-ordinate relevant departments on policy updates and implementation.

The role will include some hybrid working with some days each week, based in our Head Office in Liverpool with travel to other Imagine sites across the North-West, as required.
