Salary: £20,750.00 pa

The role

NHS England & NOMS have jointly commissioned a Housing & Accommodation Support Service for male offenders with a personality disorder diagnosis who are on the offender pathway. The service will be delivered via a joint service model including health, criminal justice and specialist third sector housing & accommodation partners.

We are looking for engager workers to join our team, ideally you will have some experience of working with people with complex issues and knowledge/understanding of personality disorders.

If you have the following assets, we would like to hear from you:

• Experience of developing therapeutic relationships with individuals with a range of support and emotional needs
• Strong skills in supporting individuals
• Knowledge and experience of supporting individuals regarding securing accommodation and developing skills in relation to tenancy sustainment
• A commitment to reducing repeat offending and improving psychological health & wellbeing
