Hours: Full time and Part time positions available
Salary: £18,500.00 pa (pro rata for part time)
Based in: Liverpool

NHS England & NOMS have jointly commissioned a housing and accommodation support service for male offenders with a personality disorder diagnosis who are on the offender pathway. The service will be delivered via a joint service model including health, criminal justice and specialist third sector housing and accommodation partners.

Are you a motivated, positive person who wants to support others to achieve their full potential? If yes, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for engager workers to join our team, ideally with some experience of working with people with complex issues and knowledge/understanding of personality disorders.

If you have the following assets, we would like to hear from you:

Experience of developing therapeutic relationships with individuals with a range of support and emotional needs

Strong skills in supporting individuals

Knowledge and experience of supporting individuals regarding securing accommodation and developing skills in relation to tenancy sustainment

A commitment to reducing repeat offending and improving psychological health & wellbeing.
