Job Summary
They are looking for women who are passionate about empowering women. A good communicator, who can build valued relationships with others, you will be able to use your judgement and common sense to get the best possible results for each person you support.
Your focus will always be on the person you are supporting, promoting their dignity, and ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality are maintained.
The nature of the role includes support with budgeting, managing their mental health, to develop life skills and to support service users into community opportunities, supporting people to achieve their goals.
