Imagine Independence – HR Systems Coordinator

Salary: £29,000 to £34,000 p.a. (dependent on experience, pro-rated for 6 months and for part time if applicable).
Hours per week: 37.5 hours.
Reporting to: HR Manager.
Location: Liverpool.

Job Summary

They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Systems Coordinator to join their HR team for a 6-month contract. This exciting role will primarily support the implementation, testing, and roll-out of their new HRIS system, Access People HR, and the associated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to drive the successful development and deployment of the HRIS and ATS, making sure they fully align with HR processes and business needs. Your responsibilities will include mapping HR workflows, ensuring the system’s functionality, testing and troubleshooting, as well as offering ongoing support across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR processes, data management, and HRIS systems to play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR operations.
