Job Summary

Until now they have fully outsourced their IT provision to a Managed Service Provider (MSP). However, to improve value for money and responsiveness, they are looking to recruit an internal IT Technician to strengthen their capabilities and complement their reliance on third-party support.

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the charity, resolving technical issues locally and remotely, and helping them to regain control over their IT environment. You will work closely with their MSP as and when required.

You will have the opportunity to help improve efficiency within the Charity and save vital funds for their frontline services.
