Position: Mental Health Outreach Support Worker Job Reference: 21/15
Outreach Services, Sefton (Including North and South Sefton)
Hours: 25 per week, Monday-Friday (hours flexible between 9-5)
Salary: £17,047.60 per annum
We are looking for a professional, dedicated and experienced Support Worker who can offer commitment to delivering high quality community-based care to service users living in the Sefton area. You will have experience of working with people with mental health and/or learning disability needs. You will need excellent communication skills and be flexible in approach. You will have a positive attitude and be non-judgmental.
It is essential to the role that you have a committed approach towards maintaining confidentiality protecting the dignity of the individual and promoting their independence.
